Fantastic local service yet again from the guys at Apple Car. I bought my lovely little car from them a few years ago and after deciding to upgrade they offered me a generous part exchange deal on one of their current cars in the showroom. Nothing is too much trouble, easy handover and excellent communication. My husband also got a very good price for his car. We will definitely use them in the future and would absolutely recommend!

100% great experience...the layout to view cars is excellent...the cars are in pristine condition both externally, internally and engine wise...no pressure to buy...we viewed several times...were welcomed in a calm professional way each time...the cars were priced to be good value for money...all processes eg AA membership...roadtax....warrenty were explained in a simple effective way...would not hesitate in buying from Ray and Robert again... thanks.

Having recently been widowed I found myself with two cars and a dilemma of how to sell one as I didn't want prospective buyers coming to my home. I pass Apple Car Centre frequently so looked at their website and read their reviews, a lot from other ladies. Reading them instilled confidence to visit. I met Robert who immediately put me at my ease. I received a competitive offer and the car was sold within the week, monies paid straight into my bank account. Both Robert & Ray were very pleasant, not at all pushy, honest and trustworthy and I wholeheartedly recommend them and Apple Car Centre. I won't hesitate to return when I change my car. I was in an urgent need for a replacement vehicle and after a comprehensive search with no luck elsewhere, I came across a car that ticked all the boxes, it was being advertised on Apple Car Centre website. Myself and partner decided to make unannounced visit immediately to their showroom in Attleborough and made it there just before their closing time. From the moment we walked in to view the car, to the arrangement of test drive, all the way through to the purchase process, we were so impressed by the high level of customer service provided and the knowledge shared by the owner Ray. He made us feel welcome and was super helpful with answering all our questions and queries while being extremely professional. All the cars we saw in the showroom were presented in impeccable clean conditions and were marked at reasonable prices. The purchasing transaction went smoothly from start to finish. We later realised that Apple Car Centre is a reputable and trustworthy business that has been long established. I wish I knew about this place before I purchased my previous cars! I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to anybody I know.

Thank you both for your great service and I wish you every success in your business. My Suzuki Swift is running great so hopefully I won’t be needing a replacement anytime soon but I know where to go for great quality used cars from now on!

From the moment of arriving at Apple Cars, I was made to feel welcome, and my rather vague request was met with genuine, honest advice and patience.
Less than a week later, I've picked up my new car, after getting a more-than-fair price on my part exchange, and driving away in a car that meets my requirements and so much more.
Genuinely thankful to have had Ray talk me through the process and keep me informed the whole way along, always feeling like they had time to answer questions, however small.
Could not recommend them highly enough :)

After a series of bad luck with cars prior to our experience with Apple Car Centre, we were happily surprised by the service provided by Robert and Ray. From the viewing process to picking up the car, our experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Straight away we were chatting to Robert about anything and everything as you do! We’d told him we were saving for our first house. We were delighted and grateful on pick up to discover Robert had four new tyres fitted to the car which we hadn’t previously discussed, as well as a fresh MOT, Service and Valet. We made the drive from Essex to their premises and we would absolutely make this journey again. Overall we could not recommend Apple Car Centre enough and we would definitely use them again!

We purchased our lovely Ford Fiesta in December 2021 and are very pleased with it. We would like to thank Robert and Ray for their excellent attention. We found the car online and visited their garage to view the car and Robert gave us the relevant information required and allowed us to take the car on a test drive. It was just what we were looking for and it came with a full years MOT, Service and
2 year warranty. We had back sensors fitted in January and Robert and Ray arranged this for us to be undertaken which has been perfect.
We would recommend them to anybody wishing to purchase a vehicle from them.

Found our ideal car online at Apple Car Centre. The 50 mile trip from home was well worth it. I found all the cars very well presented in a pleasant indoor showroom. Robert was extremely helpful, taking plenty of time to demonstrate the car and taking me through the whole sale process.
The car was valeted ready for collection, serviced with a full MOT. Although not absolutely necessary, two new tyres were fitted and the fuel tank was over half full.
For me, this was the best car buying experience ever, and I have had a few over the past 50 years!

Bought a car from Apple Car Centre this weekend. The car itself was absolutely immaculate and Apple Car Centre made sure everything was up to highest standards before leaving the garage; new break pads, service and a cambelt change, amongst other things I’d requested. Ray made the whole buying process so simple and wasn’t pushy at all when viewing the car. Both him and Robert are lovely, genuine car dealers and it has been a pleasure to buy with them. With a fresh service and MOT, no expense was spared and we were grateful for the 2 year warranty that came with it just for peace of mind!

Purchased a car from Apple at the beginning of May and the process was absolutely seamless with excellent customer service. Both Robert and Ray were friendly and helpful, and were able to answer all of my questions before arranging for me to come in to view and test drive the vehicle.
Everything was as described and expected, and without any hidden fees etc., The car was serviced and provided with a fresh MOT as per their policy, and I could not be happier with it so far.

I was overjoyed with the excellent customer service and quality of the car that Apple Car Centre Ltd sold to me.
In the current situation with buying from a distance due to Covid-19, Ray could not have made this any easier. The process was very hassle free and I felt like I had all the information before going ahead with my purchase.
The car was in brilliant condition when it was delivered and Ray even took the time to polish it before unloading it off the trailer.
The car came with a full service history, fresh MOT and two keys.
I will defiantly be coming here in the future for my next car.

I recently purchased a ds3 convertible from apple car centre i had good communication with Ray who kept in contact throughout the lock down of which I had to wait till the time I was able to collect it as I live in Derby, but it was worth the wait .
